This office requires a $1,800/year subscription (for "better customer service") to set a appointment, on top of what I pay United Health Care and the would be office visit bill (even though a preferred MD through United HC). This is a ridiculous required upsell and United HC should remove them from their preferred list. Not to mention when asking questions for clarification of this subscription fee to get services I was hung up on 2 times after calling back...

Dr. hobbs is always available and answers any question I ask. I feel very comfortable having him as my doctor.

Dr. Hobbs is always there for me-24/7. When I call the office with a health concern I speak with him! Dr. Hobbs is on top of his game, and genuinely interest in my concerns. He has my complete confidence and I feel blessed to have found his practice.

I have been a patient less than a year. My new annual fee has increased. When I joined there was mention of a 5 year price guarantee. It was not explained to me that the 5 year price guarantee was for the practice and not the patient. The practice has been affiliated with MDVIP for at least 5 years and they have decided to raise their MDVIP fees. I am surprised by this move without giving patients advance notice of the price change and not when your annual contract is due. A 90 day notice would have been nice. This would allow members ample time to seek an alternative care facility. The service I have received is outstanding, especially the office staff of K and M, they are the best. Arnie
