      Mr Youmans I'm sorry you are having a hard time communicating with my office while you are out of the country We have received your emails and responded to you just as recent as this morning and no voice mail we received but just your emails. I'm sure that once your connectivity is better our communicating responses to you will be available. We are unable to call you in Thailand so beyond email we have no way to communicate. The publicity listing you referenced was an electronic notification on your Allstate renewal of your condo policy in June and I emailed that to you this morning Enjoy your trip Lois Woods Owner
