        Hi my name is Tara, I work at a company called united whole sale sand I take calls all day. I have this customer call in with an agent from this location by the name of Chris. The customer was screaming at me for something I cant control but to top it all off, CHRIS THE INSURANCE AGENT literally starts berating me and being so rude and yelling at me with the client basically bullying me about a policy increase. I could not believe an agent from another company, this company specifically was berating me and being so rude and yelling at me with his client. Hes an agent himself so I expected more out of Chris. I expect when you are helping one of you clients out you dont call another mortgage company to completely berate and and be rude to the agent
