Love the customer service here!!! Informative and very quick. Cody went above and beyond any insurance agent standards. He got me the best downpayment ever!!! He really seemed to care!! He was outstanding!!! Very professional, efficient and personable all at the same time!!!!

I want to personally Thank Cody Lamb. I have 11 points on my license and was out of luck/hope - beyond stressed, trying to find a reasonable quote. If I dont have insurance, my license would be suspended so I had no choice but to find a policy immediately! Literally every car insurance company quoted me $600 plus. I called Freeway and spoke with Cody as my agent. He was authentic, told me the truth answering all my questions with the worst case scenario but promised hed find the best quote in my situation. He kept his promise and that burden has been lifted. I can drive safely now and hes extended his help to me forever especially when Im able to remove some of those points and get a better quote. Cody is my personal broker now, we are family! Thank you Freeway Insurance for hiring such an outstanding Agent such as Cody.
