        This place is fabulous! Amazing workouts, great trainers, and a clean workout space. There are so many class times for options around a busy schedule and everyone is so warm & friendly! I just moved here from Destin, FL and worked out at F45 in Destin & the transition has been so easy to the St. Pete F45 because of the staff here. Everyone has been so welcoming!

        I love f45! I usually go to the 7am classes and I cant say enough how much it sets the tone for my day. The coaches are great, the music is always blasting and the saint pete vibes are amazing!!!

        This gym has a variety of equipment that targets every muscle group. The staff is very friendly and the gym is always clean. I love this gym and would definitely recommend it!

        The moment I joined this gym they made me feel like apart of their community. This F45 studio is huge and plenty of friendly faces and coaches to motivate you to reach your fitness goals! They have great class times to fit my 9-5 but also I am sure they have classes for all work schedules.
