OTA Gym St Pete

You get out what you put in to anything and this gym has clearly put in the work to create a comfortable and community oriented space. Coaches are dynamic, attentive and create great energy. Always feel great after going! And I like how the workouts are always different and not repetitive. Really recommend if youre thinking about trying the gym.

I had back problems and knee problems for years. I started working out at OTA almost a year ago and I have not had those problems since. The routines at OTA build joint strength, create mobility, improve your strength, and provide cardio all at the same time. The coaches provide just the right amount of attention and are always available for more if desired. My whole family woks out here and it's worth every dollar.

I have been going to this gym for over a year and absolutely love it. The workouts are intense, the trainer phenomenal, and my fellow gym goers make it a fun time!!! Highly recommend.
