I needed to make an urgent charge to my policy and they just didn't answer the phone or reply to my emails for over a day. Also a former employee took all the client records and tried to solicit my business. Tina was a great rep, and I would do business with her again in a heartbeat. She's now gone and what remains is a vapid shell of an underperforming business.

I have been a client at this office for over 20 years; I have had good service in the past. However, things have changed drastically. I made four phone calls to get basic information on my policy, which I could not ascertain because Mike hung up on me. When I physically went into the office, Mike was sitting with his feet on his desk, phone in hand, and barely looked at me. It's disheartening that I would be this disposable after 20+ years as a client. I cannot imagine what the service would be like if there was an emergency and I needed assistance with something more complex than a simple policy question. Save yourself the hassle and find another agency! I wish that they recorded their phone conversations for quality assurance.

I called to found out about car insurance and the lady who answered the phone was rude, because I didn't let her know what I needed up front. I said is it better to come in person, so I went in person. Once there, she wanted my docs from my other insurance company. I said I don't have them, thinking to myself why would you need any paper work if I am looking for a quote! Regardless if I have insurance or not, she could have done a quote. If she needed the docs why didn't she asked me while we were on the phone. Again, she was rude as hell!
