Reached out to this agency because of all the positive reviews. We were looking to change agents due to issues with our current agent. (found out our current homeowner's policy didn't cover our full property) We must have had too many questions about getting new insurance as this was the closing statement in the reply from their agent "...I would suggest working with your current agent as the most cost effective way to solve your problem and direct your questions to his office for more details. Thank you, Bianca Watkins" - Seems like they really don't need the business or care to get new business.
