        Yesterday, I toured TGM Bay Isle with the Community Director, Ashley. I applied for an apartment that I really liked, but unfortunately, my application was not approved. I want to acknowledge that Ashley and her team, Joanne and Jaden, were incredibly helpful. They stayed late to assist me with processing my application, verifying my income, and addressing my concerns. Despite the emotional situation of not getting approved, Ashley went above and beyond to help me find a different apartment. I am truly grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication. I hope to have the opportunity to live in this community in the near future.
