Everyone has there own experience but for the most part it was normal when it wasnt normal it is a horrible place to live l. Its to expensive takes forever to get work orders done, lets not talk about the black mold in my airducts or the roaches that dont pay rent. Having pest control come out every week has been the normal now. The Staff is very rude, and like to harass there tenants multiple times. the pool is always green and shut down. Drugs everywhere throughout the property all times at night cops always there for something. Definitely not a peaceful place to live for the amount of money being charged for the apartments. If i could give leas than 1 star i would.

I love living here. Great location in the middle of St Pete and my unit is fully updated and quiet. I recommend it.

In my experience it just keeps getting better since the new mgmt took over. Little by little it's improving and my personal experience has been really good. I would recommend it for someone looking for something more affordable in St Pete.

Been living here for 2-3 years and I have to say that its been the worst place Ive rented ever in my life. Id rather live in my car than stay here. Rent here is so expensive for no reason. Theres trash everywhere, people look through the garbage cans, the laundry rooms are always a mess PLUS a serious roach infestation thats starting to show up in multiple buildings. Neighbors are hot and cold, some are quiet and respectable and others slam doors and argue until 5 in the morning about cheating (my walls shake when the people under me slam their doors). Kids run around with no supervision, scootering in front of your door. If youre thinking about moving here, please dont. Its probably one of the worst places to live rent-wise and everything else. Youd have a better time living in a truck stop out of your car compared to this place.
