The team was phenomenal, professional and polite. The crew was prompt to finish the service in a timely manner without taking any shortcuts. They even asked me to move my car so there was no chance of a tree limb scratching it when they were taking it to the curb. That wasnt necessary but meant so much that I was more than a dollar sign. 10/10 recommend got your next tree project!

Jack Wright's Tree Services is the absolute best, (and most affordable), tree service you will find in St. Augustine. I had an 80'+ Water Oak Tree by my house that needed to be removed a couple of years ago and Jack Wright's gave me an estimate at the time to remove it. I also called a few different companies to give estimates and they all came in at least double the price of what Jack Wright's would have charged. When I told the other companies that Jack Wright's already gave me an estimate they told me to take it as they couldn't come close. I didn't follow through with the tree removal at the time as my spouse was stricken with cancer and we couldn't afford much outside of medical care. I have been in a constant state of anxiety about the tree falling on our house, especially during the hurricanes and strong storms. I was cutting grass last week and realized there was a huge hole in the tree. When I looked inside I realized it was hollow and needed to come down immediately. I called Jack Wright's and they came out the next day to give me a quote. I accepted and their crew was there within an hour removing the tree! They did an absolutely amazing job and you would never know that a huge tree existed in that spot. They cleaned up the entire yard and even used a leaf blower to clean all around my property. Even more amazing is one of the brothers came to the house a couple of days later and asked my opinion of the work. I told him it was fantastic and he proceeded to tell me they were charging me less than what was originally quoted. You will not find that kind of care and honesty anywhere and it was a blessing during our rough times of dealing with cancer. If you need a tree service don't look anywhere else...call Jack Wright's!
