KK Cutting Tree Service

My wife & I hired KK to trim 2 bushes, remove 2 Pygmy Date palms and remove 1 River Birch. Keith & crew arrived with stump grinder in tow and dump trailer as well. Trimming, cutting and removal of debris was done well. Pygmy Date & River Birch was removed; however, 1 Pigmy Date was not cut to ground level and the River Birch was left with a 24"D. X 6"H. stump - not ground to ground level as agreed. KK agreed to return "in a few days" to complete the work paid for. Evidently, personal problems prevented the return of KK to complete the job in a timely manner. We hired another contractor to complete the job. Financial aspects were amicably resolved to the satisfaction of all parties. Services: Tree trimming & pruning, Tree removal

As a small business owner that I am as well I tend to support all small business here in St Augustine! Keith and his crew have been working in my yard this week doing some tree removal . They have done every thing that we talked about ! My yard was a mess I was in the land scape business years ago its very hard work what these guys are doing ! Thank you Keith my yard will be much better when you guys get finished! And it will motivate me to some work in my back yard when the weather gets cooler ! Service: Tree removal

I used these guys they cut my tree down and did about 2000 dollars worth of damage they tore up my driveway stated they would come thru and talk to me and I am still sitting waiting. they store their machine in my yard used my back yard to cut a neighbor tree even thou they could have gotten to it thru their own property they are unprofessional Service: Tree removal
