        I scheduled for an estimate and was surprised to learn that a fee was involved. But was told it would get me 15% off services so I accepted. My bad! Estimate was double others and the company representative who was sent out didnt have the knowledge necessary to advise on what was needed. Wont be using them. They seem more interested in selling service agreements to receive money for doing nothing and I didnt have a lot of confidence in technical abilities.
