        Be wary!!!!!!!! very disappointed upon arrival to realize that most of the hotel is under construction! No breakfast,smells terrible, one working elevator,sawdust all over the plastic covering dragging into the rooms from the suit cases,no electrical covers on the outlets,nails and screws on the floor, randome hotel room doors opened, the doors going into the hotel just opened with no key. So no security and all for the price of 296$ for one night!!that is incomprehensible! They should at least disclose this information. But had a floor opened that seemed to be completely fine. I wanted to treat my daughter to a nice hotel for her birthday after walking around all day in St.augustine.

        If I could l leave zero stars I would What a disgrace of a hotel. Place is a mess no decor. One worker manages the whole hotel. Room key didn't work. Shower was broken and ac set to a hot temperature with no option of changing Rooms were dirty and best of all they charge $18 for parking ! Stay away from this place Rooms: Disgusting Food & drinks: None

We are going through a full scale renovation, which is noted on our website. The parking fee has also been listed on our website for some time. It is a fee that many hotels in our area charge as parking is a premium in our area.The locks are an intermittent issue. These are due to be replaced in the coming weeks as we finish the renovation. They are frustrating when they don't work as expected and we're eager to have them updated. The guest room thermostat should work without issue and you should be able to adjust it to the temperature you want. We'd love to have you back again after the renovations are done.
