Went there in the early morning, at their close to opening time. Walked in and immediately told rudely and loudly, "no walks ins today, we are short staffed." I left insulted. I came back later and was told tommorow, the next day at opening to arrive. That lady was nice.
Came back next day and they took me within minutes. Now my arm and bicep hurts for 3+ days now. Never experienced this before. Pick another place if you can.

The tech that drew my labs was terrible. I have amazing veins and he still missed it after feeling my arm 3 times. His nails were also long and he had food on his face. Will not be returning here

I made my appointment online. Recieved an email and text as a reminder. The text I recieved with the check-in link was very convenient.
