Labcorp at Walgreens

NOT ACCEPTING WALK INs! No where mention online they arent talking walk in. Cant get a morning appointment or really any appointment until 2-3 months out. Get there first thing at 7am to find out no walk in. Now what? Cant talk to anyone. Had my labs sent here so cant just go anywhere. Absolutely livid that my insurance forces me to use such an awful company when there are such better labs around that have people you can work with. Maybe Im tired, hungry, and frustrated I got up 2 hours before work for nothing but why do we put cost savings so much higher above care especially in health care?

The technician was rude, I brought my mom today for blood work, and she have dementia, at soon she saw us her face change, She ask me if my mom drink a lot a water before came to the lab, I told her no, She told me than she wasnt going to spend have hour like the last time, she try both hands, and then told me , I cant , next time drink water and take her to the hospital , mentioned other labs, in other words dont bring her here anymore, How are you going to force a person with dementia to drink water if she doesnt want it. If you are having a rough day, dont take it with your patients, if you are ready for retired take it in consideration, because nobody has to be treat it like that, when you dont know how hard I work everyday to take care of her, and keep her health the best than I can.

The nurses or whatever they call themselves are extremely rude. I would never get lab work done here!

In the waiting area, the line moved quickly for me without an appointment. The technician was pleasant and efficient.
