        My computer hard drive was going out. I took it into U.S 1 computer works where he confirmed it had crashed. He said a new drive (1 terabyte, solid state) would be $175 and my data was not retrievable. The quoted hard drive is available on Amazon for $40. I asked to get my computer back for which he charged $100. I took it to jacksonville for repair. I was charged $130 for the same hard drive install and my entire desktop was recovered. They also reinstalled quickbooks and Microsoft word. Dont waste your time and money on this company.

        Impossible to find a good computer repair shop in this area. Whoever answered this phone didnt even sound like he knew what a cpu cooler was. Would not recommend

      Sorry i was away out of town on a family emergency. My brother was /is very ill. Sometimes life gets in the way of business.
