Took my iMac computer to tech genies and they had it for 3 months before telling me they couldn't fix it.. took it to the Apple Store and they fixed it in 15 minutes only to find out that tech genie did irreparable damage to the inside of my computer

Promised quality and OEM parts and repairs but I've had repeated issues. First screen replacement cracked while in case because screen wouldn't sit flush with frame. Said frame was bent but turns out after second repair that battery was swollen causing stress on the screen. Leading me to replace both parts. Recent screen and battery replacement for iPhone with a brightness failure within 2 months and battery failure in 3.
Installed a battery myself today only to find out they used non OEM battery and never put adhesive on it. Hence the overpriced rattle I've been carrying around.
I've given them several chances and certainly won't be back. Claim to have been purchased by Apple now again promise the same as quality as before. Don't chance it. Plenty of repair shops within minutes of this one.
