Don't buy this so call HEALTH insurance. This people collect from me and the market place or I should say from you over $1,100 every month. The coverage is not the best, the doctors on their list provide the most basic of service and if the doctor finds something that requires a deeper process It's DENIED . This can put your life at risk !!!! They don't even make the effort to call you or send out a nurse or doctor to physically investigate. Who dare you put my life at risk ? This is my first and last year with them ; Take my advice RUNNNN !!!!!!!!!

Is Health First aware of the countless problems members are experiencing in 2022 due do their affiliation with "OSCAR"? Does Health First even care? Yearly, routine, basic lab tests ( Blood Work-In Network ) are all Denied. Been receiving laboratory billing statements for over 7 months. Have spent untold hours on the phone trying to correct the problem to no avail. The only explanation given by customer service is: "Payment is Pending". Does it now take more than 7 months to provide payment for "basic health care"? Looking forward to the 2023 Open Enrollment Period. It can't come quick enough!

Where to start ? Their phone support is awful, endless prompts that lead nowhere. The customer service reps are either plainly incompetent or just dumb. They have no answers, just questions that have to do with marketing . It took HF 7 months to get my new cards to me. I called looking for a simple covid test, an hour later I was still on the phone and told I would get a return call from another rep with approved places. I could be dead before I get an answer. Worthless, incompetent, unorganized. I bet their CEO wouldnt have to go thru the BS I did for a stupid covid test. Changing to Omni next year. Horrible on every account.

I use to recommend Health first once they switch to Oscar the service is very poor From loosing now my PCP to finding a new one to getting bills that I already paid and they supposedly corrected shows a poorly run company

OSCAR has destroyed HealthFirst. They contact you from Phoenix, New York, Pittsburgh. They deny treatments, the web sites are not navigable especially for elderly people. W
