Thank you so much to Mr. Mark as soon I had showed up after I had my reservation canceled at the hotel next door due to overbooking and the staff here really helped me out at midnight still got me a room and really enjoying the beach and etc thank you to the morning concierge Roccio and LaKevia!

I hope future travelers read the reviews. What Hilton does not share with travelers booking their vacation is that the hotel is under construction. There is no pool service and the property does feel like a construction zone. If you need towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, it is basically a serve yourself program. I am disappointed there was no information/transparency from Hilton when making the reservation. Rooms: Rooms have been renovated and are nicely done

Visited from Philly two weeks ago with my son. I absolutely dont know what the bad reviews are talking about. Yes theyre under reconstruction yes I had to walk an extra 30ft around the building to get to the beach. The pool was closed but the bar was open with a beautiful beach front view. but that doesnt warrant anything bad being said about this place. Rooms were great beachfront location was great staff was the Absolute best. Kenyanas beautiful and bright smile was 1st to greet me when I arrived at the property and made it a point to greet me by name everyday during my stay even if I just walked by. There was a small issue when I arrive but she fixed immediately and ensure my stay would be great and it was. Knowing we were from Phila and the light selection of breakfast offered she recommended Southern kitchen which was great we also visited Saras Kitchen which is also a good breakfast place to check out. Any Questions or concerns Kenyana was there to assist she is a great asset to the property Kenyana absolutely needs a raise or promotion. The beach front and her is the reason I decided to book another stay this July. Thanks Hilton Thanks Kenyana. Rooms: Very clean and comfy Walkability: Not far from shops and restaurants

I am a disabled Veteran who parked either in the handicapped spot or veterans spot. I was charged $20 Per day for this, this is the first hotel to charge for handicap. Parking is the first place to charge for handicap parking however, during the day anybody else can come into the parking lot park and go to the beach and park for free however, if you go to the hotel, you have to pay, thats kind of strange. The sign for the hotel is missing the sign at the street is covered. Theres no warning. The hotel is under construction. The prices are full rate. We told the rooms are ready however, when we go into the rooms, theres no toilet paper theres no tissues theres no soap for them are there the racks in the shower the handing Bracket on the wall are there but theres no soap but they charge full rate. To get to the beach, you leave the front walk around the building And walk down the pier youre told you get an umbrella and two chairs once youre there youre told its not guaranteed, you see there padding but you are told if you want that you have to pay for them. If you want a table need to come in the morning they only have a hand full. They offer breakfast at a very high rate per person however, if you just go down the street, you can get a better one at a much cheaper. If you want your room clean you need to ask for it at the front desk or they wont come. The pool is closed, the drinks are very small at a very high price. The cup is full of ice then they add the drink but the cup is small. I would say when they are done with everything it will be nice but they should not be charging full price at the moment since half of the place is closed or they should just close their doors till they are done. One or the other, and not charge so much for parking,dont charge for handicap.

Worst hotel experience of my life and i travel alot. They charge full price of over $500/night yet dont disclose that as an example their pool Is closed so for kids the only Option is the beach. The hotel was dirty and we were greeted by a spray cleaner bottle on our bathroom counter, hair on the tub and the water had a yellowish tint to it. They also charge $20 to park yet it isnt valet you do it yourself. The breakfast room os some sort of converted ballroom and breakfast is terrible but and $30 i think. We got a late checkout which was nice but not out of the norm as we had a few hours to hang out at the beach. Our late checkout was 12:15 and when we went to get our luggage at 12:17 our key was already turned off as was our wifi access. Just the worst example of a customer experience maybe i have ever had
