        I will start by saying we are very loyal Marriott customers and this was by far the worst service we have received at any location. Twice we went to retrieve our valet and they brought us the wrong car, not even sure how that happens. Then we called for blankets and pillows for our pullout for our children, and they literally never brought them after 3 times calling. I walked down to speak with the manager who then had to go himself to get them and bring them up. He was very nice and willing and not even aware of the situation so that's not on him bit for the price of this resort, blankets and pillows are not much of an ask.
