      image I scheduled a COVID/flu test at Walgreens in Quincy, FL, using their app, only to arrive early and be told they no longer offer the service. What's the point of advertising it as available and having customers schedule appointments if it isn't offered? Complete waste of time and extremely frustrating.

      image This store is always understaffed. Always a wait. Rarely get the rx on time.. and if you call plan on a good half hour because you'll spent a long time listening to bad music. Edit to this review: they actually get worse if you can believe it. When I complained about their poor service they told me they would fill my rx at all. This poorly managed store is a joke to deal with. I'm not going back.
