SERGIO DIAZ (Property manager) will lie and con his wayyy through life. Lies about mold. Lies about roaches, rats lies about everything. From the tub leaking for 6 months he claim to fix it and didnt fix it the mold is bad like so bad my son has had asthma attacks behind the refrigerator was disgusting before I even moved in ceilings dirty MY DAD KILLED A TOTAL OF 8 RATS MY FIRST YEAR LIVING THERE I loved the community but the cost of rent isnt worth it because of all the issues as well as the apartment property manager as well as fees for things you dont even be knowing about youll be charged for BEL AIR NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATELY

I have been living here for almost 5 months, the attention since before I moved (when they prepared the apartment and I prepared all the documentation for the application) was very good, very easy-going, humane people. Today and since I moved in, as soon as any minimal problem is reported, they immediately try to resolve it and give it a solution immediately. I am very grateful to the Maintenance guys and the office manager.

The health inspectors should close this place. They sell owners every year so that you wont be able to sue or hold anyone accountable. BEL AIRE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED

I dont even live here but I feel sorry for my friends who live here. The laundry doesnt even have AC. So youre paying over $1,000 a month and paying extra for laundry like the least they could do is put AC so someone doesnt die of a heat stroke. I took a shower before doing laundry here and it was pointless because Im soaked now
