I love my apt, it is very quiet and the office staff is always willing to help. They have been in Cutler for many years, now 3 years in Cutler, Hamook and very happy.

The attention leaves a lot to be desired, they treat you in a way that gives the impression that they want to get out of you as soon as possible to get my request email answered, I had to insist on the phone to the point that they no longer took my call and when I called them again another phone if they picked it up that is, they were avoiding me and because of their bad service I feel deceived and even scammed they made me buy money order because according to them I pre-qualified and it turns out that when I go to the office with my wife and my baby another girl tells me that I couldn't apply because I earned a lot and I wasted my time, I made a trip of almost an hour to that place in vain and the money order now I can't find where to change it so I feel cheated, mistreated and humiliated by the staff of that office when the only thing What I was asking for was an opportunity to live peacefully with my wife and two-year-old daughter. I hope they improve their treatment and professionalism or the manager takes action on the matter because they really hurt me emotionally.
