        The people working at the bank are trying their hardest, but it takes a while just to make a deposit. If you have to visit the branch, just make sure you're not in a hurry. Also, no one likes to answer the phone.

        The ATM is always down. Very inconvenient. The teller Dianna is not friendly and doesnt greet customers. Andrew is attentive. The services aside from the main banking area are decent enough.

        Truist,is very good.Someone tried using my debit and I got a text from truist asking if it was from me,which it wasn't. They did not let it go through. Just been hacked again,yet have my card. Becareful on which website you go on.
