I was extremely pleased with my service from ACT Heating and Cooling. Jonathan responded to my request for service almost immediately to discuss my project and offered to fit me into the schedule the same day. They let me know about their company and process as well as the technician who would be working with me. They kept me updated about their response and arrival before the project. Tim came to do my service and was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable throughout, discussing and explaining project elements and giving tips to help maintain the system between services. Their business processes are top notch and made for a wonderful experience. I definitely plan to hire them again in the future and would highly recommend them to others for services.

ACT was the 3rd company, I contacted to repair my A/C and I'm truly grateful that they showed up. The company worked with me on several levels to get the repair done, which established a high-level of trust and respect for ACT. I appreciate Tim, the technician, taking time to answer my questions, ensuring that the heating system was also functioning properly, and suggesting a remedy to a long standing issue that no other A/C company could resolve. I guess the third time was the charm and now I'm enjoying my home at 74 degrees as opposed to sweltering at 86. Thank you ACT

The company is fantastic!! Theyre quick to respond and very thorough and knowledgeable. The owner Jonathan goes over and beyond and is very attentive to your needs and costs. He is sure to have the same like-minded people working for himvery polite and very thorough!
