My week started out terrible. My computers were going on the blink, the battery in my boat needed to be charged and my son wanted to borrow money. Then the pool heater didn't work. I remembered Jeff Grossmann from 40 years ago he had a A/C company and was a very nice gentlemen. I called Wednesday, Melissa said "they will be there tomorrow" they came out Thursday right on time, perfect. Tom and Gary introduced themselves and went right to work. It was fixed efficiently in less than a hour, because of the knowledge they both had. The two men were very respectful and professional. So nice to see two hard working young men. Everything is perfect now, I am enjoying my 84 degree pool. I am having such a better day, thanks to them. My a/c compressor stopped working this afternoon. I called the office at 3.50pm and Melissa scheduled me for the same day. THE SAME DAY!!!! Kyle arrived and quickly diagnosed our compressor had died. He replaced it and within minutes we had cool air flowing! I can't praise Grossman Air-conditioning enough! From customer service in the office to the technicians in the field this company goes the extra mile!!! Thanks to Melissa and Kyle for brilliant service!!! Service: HVAC system repair
