Everyone,girls in the office,parts people, trying to track down parts, technicians,who were on time, professional,and informative every step of our experience,ended up with a new unit, almost immediate installation,after 4days was greatly appreciated,hats off to all that were involved with my job,you guys are truly "THE BEST"

Ongoing Issues Since November 2023: Unreliable Service, Lack of Accountability, and Incomplete Rewiring I first contacted Broward Factory Company in November 2023 to service my AC unit, and since then, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite multiple visits and paying $2000, the unit remains non-functional. The technicians replaced the transformer but left the old one in, and the initial wiring was done incorrectly with open wires exposed. I provided photos that clearly depict the subpar work we paid an additional $231 for, as stated in our service documentation. Now, after subsequent visits, I'm left with a unit that requires complete rewiring. The total lack of accountability from their end is unacceptable. Avoid this company if you value quality service.

New A/C. Excellent service and quick install. Beware of surcharges for gas. I found a cheaper maintenance place steve smith. Broward is too expensive

Josh was one of the best service technician Ive had with Broward Factory in the past 20yrear membership. Any and I mean any repairs I need done where I have to call Broward for I will always ask for Josh. This is coming from a guy who normally always fixes things himself Service: A/C system repair
