Raphael takes extra time to ask key questions when taking a floral order and gives updates and sends pictures along the way to ensure the highest quality, hand delivered special floral bouquet as well as a hand written personal card! The best flowers arrangement I have ever purchased. The flowers are unique, good quality, last for more than 2 weeks. I have purchased from this company about 8 times. The prices are very good. If you dont know what you really want, just ask for Mr. Ralph, the talent owner, and tell him what is the occasion and the price you are looking for, and believe me, he will surprise you with the gorgeous arrangements he des. The customer service is very polite. They deliver ASAP, and also nice and friendly. The House of flowers, will always be my flower shop. I also used this company for my daughters Quinceaera, and had lots of great complements of the arrangements and decorations.
