If you need to order a cake don't bother. There is only one person competent to take a cake order in the whole bakery department and store. I wanted to place a cake order and the only person that could do it had left for the day. It wasn't even 1pm. I ask the manager for assistance and the manager way of helping me was getting a regular associate in the bakery to tell me she couldn't help me either because she wasn't trained to take a cake order. For Walmart to be a multi million dollar company the system they have in place for their bakery doesn't make since. Everyone that works in the department should be knowledgeable on how to operate the department. If you don't have a system for your employees to assist customers atleast have a computer system for the customer to self serve themselves. I went to Publix where I was able to order a cake with no problems and great customer service.
