        Moved in about a month ago and am extremely satisfied!!! Beautiful new construction apartments with brand new appliances. The property is very well maintained & the office staff is super helpful, especially Brittany!!!! She is the best!! So glad I made the decision to move here. Havent had any of the issues that others have mentioned here. Super thrilled with the service & amenities. The valet trash is the best part. 10/10 recommend.

        Stairways are dirty and all pipes were loose behind the wall in my unit. They took over 1K off my security deposit to clean (3300), repaint, grout cleaning (3005).

        Pros I did like the interior of my apartment Cons 1. No security anyone can drive up to the gate and come in. My truck was broken into inside the community at night. 2. Stairs are dirty from the trash being carried up and down the stairs. Its trash juices and bugs 3. Deposit. Probably the most upset about this. I moved out in December and still havent hear about a deposit. No one seems to know whats going on. Very sketchy , very unprofessional. Called at least 3-4 times. Everyone is lost. 4. Pool area always had overfilled trash and or broken tvs in the area 5. Gym was nice at first but became a mess with broken equipment. Im really hoping this community does what it needs to do at least for the residents sake. It has the opportunity to be amazing but it takes effort.

        AVOID THESE PEOPLE! Save yourself the money, headache, and trouble. These apartments are managed by completely incompetent women who are very shady. They are thieves you will never get your deposit back no matter how well you leave the apartment. All they do is lie and do what they can to take your money. The apartments are run down there is no security. It is loud at night all summer long. They do not have cameras. The appliances are outdated. The communication between management is horrible and they will fine you for anything and everything.
