Our family has lived at the Parc since it opened, Krysten, Ashley, Randy, Nick, and the whole team make it a place we call home ! From luxury amenities to a beautiful, well-kept property. Krysten and Ashley regularly plan fun community get-togethers, mixers, games, and family nights for all to enjoy. The Parc Boasts the finest in Port Saint Lucie living, a safe, secure place for families. All buildings have coded locks two main gates to get you into the property accessed with an app and plenty of security cameras. For animal lovers, your four-legged friends are spoiled with 2 large pet parc's grassed with toys tunnels and jumps. Our kids love sitting on our spacious balcony watching the dogs run and play. Living here at the Parc, you will enjoy the ease and beauty of carpeted and safe interior hallways with large elevators to get you where you're going in style. When or if the time comes for a service call, the maintenance team is prompt, courteous, and kind able to quickly and professionally resolve every issue. We could not ask for a better experience.         Been living for +1 year. very quiet and clean property. staff is very friendly and helpful. maintenance comes the very same day or the following no matter what the issue. portal app is convenient to access all lease info and payments.
