David is the kindest , honest and most reasonable man we have ever encountered in the service industry. He took his time with the entire process and showed us and explained everything we were looking at. He compared what a good part vs a bad part looked like, or what the readings should be based on the manuals to our unit and what the readings were we were receiving. His prices are absolutely reasonable for the service he provides. And when he says hes going to show up, he does! Absolutely recommend his services!

After 5 of the big companies came out and gave us different answers each time we were given Pelicans number for honest and guaranteed satisfaction by our trusty neighbor. David and his apprentice, James, were professional, actually inspected our inside and outside unit, and explained their actions informatively so us homeowners could understand. We have found our life long A/C company and will only use them from now on. Thank you so much David and James!

Dave and his team did excellent work installing my new compressor and air handler. Very knowledgeable They kept a clean worksite They came back the next day and fixed an issue with my drip line and breaker panel. This company goes above and beyond for their customers. Thank you guys

David came out quick and on time , he was very profesional and thoroughly inspected my ac units , and found the issue that prevented my ac from working , My wife and i are very happy with his service . 09/29/2023 Once Again David came out quick and resolve my AC issues I cant thank him enough all for all the good work done On my AC .
