Ryan Banks is very knowledgeable and personable. Our a/c failed just as guests arrived - and it was late in the afternoon. I called Ryan and, although he already had other plans with his family, he arrived in about 15-minutes. Ryan diagnosed the problem - a bad compressor. He searched his sources and found one. We should be up and running today. Thats great customer service. I recommend Ryan Banks and True Temp very highly.

Ive done business with Ryan for years, I can state each and every time he outdoes himself. His professionalism expertise and honesty is always prevalent. He has won my total trust to the point that I dont even ask for an estimate and he always comes through with a very fair price and perfection plus always exceeds my expectations. As a business owner I envy his perfect 5 stars but so well deserved! The only AC contractor I will ever use and extremely happy to do that.

These guys were excellent. They came in, got the problem done, showed us how to care for our unit, then headed out. They were very quick and efficient.
