        I have been in a pain management office waiting for 2 hours for Elite HC in Port Richey to fax my medical records. The nurse at pain mgmt spoke to Lisa. Its been 2 hours waiting for nothing and now they at at lunch!!! This is unacceptable!! They sent me here because they refused to treat my pain for my spine fracture and cervical spine that is fused. This is after 3 times in the hospital for pain!!! The answering service said this is not an emergency!!!! Ive been here 2 hours. 2! Please do the job you are being paid to do. I will also report this to my medical Provider.
