Pasco Walk-in Clinic

Waited an hour in an exam room even with appointment. Staff member was verbally disciplined loudly enough for entire office to hear. Charged $185 for initial visit (even though I have medicare) then $90 for follow up visit (had to go to another clinic for same issue a week later and was charged $65 total for same issue.) Would not use this facility again.

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. I called and got in the same day. The best walk in clinic I've been to down here. This will be my primary from now on.

I showed up as a walk in today and the lady at the desk says that they cant take anyone and its only 550! They dont close until 630. No one was waiting to be seen I was the only one who was in the room. I feel as if she didnt want me to be seen because she wanted to go home and not have to wait for her last patient to be seen before she could go home. I was a new customer and I wont be coming back again simply because she just showed me that she didnt care for me or my family by not allowing the doctor to see me. Sad to say there are people and companys out there like this that get away with these things. Something needs to be done about this or no one is going to want to use this companys services they provide for their community!

I have to say thank you again for being my new favorite doctor's office..the staff n doctor here are knowledgeable about your health care plan to improve your health care and help with any specialist referral you may need..HIGH RECOMMEND anyone looking for help to go here ..
