Home Services at The Home Depot

Went into Home Depot off 10017 Hwy 19, spoke with a Kitchen and Bath Design Consultant to request a full bath remodel estimate for a manufactured home. The designer asked all the questions and setup a work order with a contractor and told us they would call to set up an appointment. Never hear back. Called the 800 number to follow-up. The first customer agent contacted the contractor and 30 minutes later a representative of construction company called back. Told the person we were waiting for appointment to be scheduled. This person asked property information once I told them it was for a manufactured home this person state the company dies not offer service. When asked what to do next this person was not helpful.. immediately called Home Depot 800 again the second agent not helpful at all. Also side note broken communication with English. I asked for a supervisor, she put me on hold then a store representative answered redistricting me to the 800 number, explained that I was just on hold with that number. So basically I was pawned off. Spoke to the store representative the matter, they stated they do not provide any construction remodel for manufactured homes. I told them that the Kitchen and Bath Consultant had been told this was for a manufactured home from the beginning, the store representative did not even bother to provide other alternatives or referrals. I never did get transferred to a supervisor. I rate the service a two star.

Absolutely harassed by one of the workers, my wife and I were picking items when this old man approached us constantly telling us that we had to leave, standing right behind us and even yelling at us where the register was. We left the whole cart behind after putting him in his place.

Price great, contract never finished my windows. Struggling to get scheduling for follow up on incomplete work.
