I had reservations for this place for 4 nights. the worst experience. I ever had. Dont stay here. Samatha the manager of front des. her excuse was I am sorry. The first day my family and I arrived they gave us the room. We unpacked and got situated. When I went to wash my hands. I realized the sink was clogged. Call downstairs Samantha called maintenance. He was upset of the fact he was the only one working weekends and we might had to change rooms. Keep in mind we had just unpacked. The next day the housekeeper enters our room at 11am and realizes we are in the room and note down no room service needed. As we were leaving out for the day. I told her if she can please do the beds and leave towel it. She replied and said someone from
My family told her no room service.which no one in my family said any thing my two girls and husband. I went downstairs to get something. The same housekeeper was kicking my family out of the room and had said something to my young daughter ages 10 and 13 and my husband. I got really upset went downstairs to complain. Samatha the manager) her excuse was she didnt feel well. On the third day the fuse blew no electricity and the fourth day my keys got de activated 3 times. As I was going down in the elevator. I got stuck with no air it was hot. I started to press all buttons none of them worked. I started to panic because of air. Elevator wanted to open but closed. I was there for about ten minutes. Finally the door open half inches I had to force it to open I seen my 9 year old asked her for help to call my husband I was stuck in the elevator. They helped me open the door. Went down stairs from the 8 floor told Samantha that the elevator was broken and gave another set of keys which did not work again. She came up stairs and put the elevator out of service and told me did anything else happened while I was gone yesterday. So this is not a surprise for her and I paid good money to stay here for having all this inconveniences. She only adjusted one day because of the house keeper. But other than that nothing. The worst part for me being stuck in the elevator the next day my blood vessels from eye broke due to lack of oxygen to my head.. I till have it red. Dont stay here unless you want to experience all this inconveniences.

Virginia was an amazing server! Hats of the the chef best hook and cook we have ever had! Great job!

Sands Harbor Resort is the best spot in pompano! The service and food is amazing. They have a DJ on weekends and they do special events such as brunch. On April 8th they held a solar eclipse party! For a Monday, Sands Harbor was packed and had the best music cranking. I wouldnt go anywhere else for a drink and appetizers on the beautiful intercostal. We come from New Jersey just to go to Sands Harbor because the vibes are awesome!!!

Sands Harbor keeps changing, evolving! Menu is awesome. They are taking Reservations online now and the Restaurant staff (by the pool) are amazing. Roberto was swamped on 4/7/24 at 6:15 pm but still had the time to take care of my wife and I. Food was delicious! Cudos to the Managers and staff at Sands Harbor!!!!!
