I have been here since March 2021, now it under new owners and a great manager name Annmarie.. the owner need to appreciate her.. she on top of everything she kind very sweet and honest. Yes there been promblems here but they are restoring this hotel apartment. And fixing everything that needs to be fix.. my apartment is so beautiful.. I love all of them.. Annmarie she a beautiful person inside and out. The owners have been nothing but good to me.. I appreciate all of them.. soon the place will be amazing as long as Annmarie is involved

This property is full of old charm and lots of character.
Yes it needs a bit of love & care however my room was clean and quiet.
I enjoyed the beach, which is a 5 minute walk.
The new manager Annmarie responded to any questions and concerns I will be back soon.
Great pool and very cute tiki lounge also pet friendly and greatly priced for a full studio.

Sewage problems , roofs failing , termite infested , hot ac doesn't work properly , electrical problems. Some rooms the toilets have leak all over the floor worst run down place to stay at ever .
