One of the few high quality Boxes around town. Very knowledgeable staff and owner. A very family oriented atmosphere mixed with some hardcore workouts.

The best game I like is virtual hockey, baseball, give in one game. It's always really loud in there but a heck of a lot of fun.

Gym is clean and renovated. Staff, specifically Sheri and Lisa, are always respectful and kind. I recommend coming here if you are looking for a 24 hour gym.
