If I could leave less than one star I would. Completely unprofessional. I was referred to Marinella by my mother. Marinella received my dress for my military ball on a Tuesday and told me to pick it up 10:30am that Saturday. She calls me as I'm halfway to her shop to tell me that the dress is not ready and that it would be ready by noon the earliest, which I told her that Tuesday that I have a hair appointment at noon. So she says she will try to have it done by 11. Already causing an inconvenience and being unprofessional. I get there and am told that it will now be "hopefully" done by 11:30. I get my dress and told her that I will pay for half of what she was going to charge me for the inconveniences and last minute excuses. Not only did she raise her voice angrily, tell me that to take the dress and go but she also put her hands on me, shoved me out of the door and slammed it on my foot.
Marinella, before you put your hands on me and kicked me out of your store, when did you plan to tell me my dress was not ready? When I drove 45 mins from my house to your store? As a business owner you should be courteous to your clientele and tell them you'll charge them otherwise for the inconveniences and hassle. Not raise your voice and be crude.
