Called Lindstrom on referral of friend for A/C maintenance. Couldnt have been happier with whole experience! My technician, Jamarr, was knowledgeable, extremely professional and most competent. Took plenty of time to explain details about everythingdefinitely comfortable buying yearly service contract. Would recommend highly!

Richard M did an excellent job for us today cleaning out our air conditioning system as well as the pipes linked to the building. Service personnel (Bob) was courteous and professional throughout his visit. He did clean up behind his work and explained to me what he was doing all along the way. I take care of my baby call AC and she takes care of me. Lindstrom was the original installer for my fairly new community and I wanted to stick with them for namesakes and reputation.

BEWARE OF THEIR PRICING. To change the wall thermostat we were quoted $99 service charge and the cost of the work. My fault I didn't question this further. The minimum charge to change the thermostat, even if 15 minutes was $493!
Technician was here for just over one hour. In addition, the Lindstrom solution was to run a new wire through the attic. With the help of the technical support of the thermostat manufacturer, it was done by merely moving around some wires on the AC unit.
No complaints on the technician. Lindstrom pricing is outrageous.
