B & F Estate Sales

Wow super rude staff. Went to an estate sale they were hosting 9/18 and there was no one outside so we went in. There was no sign that said it was limited capacity. When I opened the door one of their staff yelled "NO MORE! NO MORE! YOU HAVE TO WAIT OUTSIDE." So rude. Then by the time they yelled for two more to go in there were more people that came in after us. Since my husband and I got there first we went in. Then she accused us of skipping the line. Not sure why. She started apologizing to the other people in line after us about us skipping. I guess because I am a person of color maybe. Not sure.

Reached out to the company and spoke with Bonnie about several items that I have to sale (just starting the conversation about the estate sale I needed) - Without her asking what the items were or any questions and after her hearing our location (Jupiter) she immediately advised they were not interested as it was too far and would not be worth it.  I said ok and she hung up.  Unfortunately for B&F I have a 4-story home that needs to be liquidated with high end items that they will miss out on due to her not taking the time to speak with me and about my situation.  Not professional and or polite.  Would not recommend.  "You never know what someone is going through; be kind"

I live in Washington state so when my mom who lived in Florida passed away I was not only dealing with the usual stuff but also worried about cleaning out mom's house and getting it on the market, from a distance. I thought I was going to spend weeks away from my family but Bonnie Staskowski made it very easy.  I found her online and while we did not have an estate sale she was able to look through the contents of mom's house and recommend a course of action to clear out the house and get it ready to sell.  Bonnie is a realtor too so I listed the house with her and it sold very quickly.  I was already stressed enough so it was a lifesaver to find Bonnie who not only does estate sales but is also a realtor, so we dealt with one person through the same process.  I would highly recommend her.
