I can only give my input for one of the realtors at this location Joey Peretz who was referred. Im giving one star because Joey pull some unprofessional stunts that cost us more money then it should have then to make matters worst he illegally took funds from the proceeds of our home sale that too him over a year to complete because he orchestrated a deal with an unqualified buyer but because he was the realtor for the seller and the buyer he pulled all the strings which should have been a deal breaker but we trusted him and that was a mistake. I purposely left out some details because there is pending actions against him. Stay clear of Joey Peretz and his buddy Dani Albo. I will not stop until I know this man is not scamming patrons out of their money with his practices.
