David is truly one of a kind! He went above and beyond in assisting me with obtaining a loan. He was always available and responsive no matter the time or day. He made a very stressful time for me in purchasing my first home as seamless as possible. Would highly recommend!

I have worked with many Mortgage loan professionals over 24 plus years and David is the best - his knowledge of not just mortgages, but the science and math behind the fluctuating rates is awesome. He taught me a lot and would go back to him in future. A bonus - his knowledge of Florida Condo's based on his first hand experience being a Treasurer at a Condo HOA.
