I have a $20 fee on my mortgage statement for "Corporate Advance." I was told this was for an inspection of my property which I knew nothing about. This has been on my statement since October of 2022 and I just noticed it. I have been trying to reach someone at Calibur or over a week. I asked for a supervisor to call me back two separate times and have not gotten a response. I also called their corporate office two times and left messages with no response. I am very frustrated and feel like I am being ignored.
