I am a self employed and would never thought I could get a mortgage on property. But Ron and his team worked real hard on helping to obtain the loan. He offered a Bank statements type of loan. Right from the beginning he was on top of the process all the way to end. It took me 30 days to close. I am finally in my new home. Still cant believe I got it. Ron is very knowledgeable, attentive, honest and knows his business. Its so refreshing to finally find a mortgage broker like that.
