    Quality people with quality cars! Christian was by far one of the nicest, easiest going sales reps I have ever dealt with at any dealership. The rest of the team at Stingray are very helpful, and all were willing to go above and beyond to help me to be a satisfied customer. I traded in my 2020 Silverado pick up truck, got a great deal. I am 100% satisfied. Would definitely do it again, when I decide to get a new vehicle.

    Service Specialist Luis Tur is very professional knowledgeable friendly while answering all my concerns about my C8 Corvette. I don't mind the drive 45 minutes or more from Orlando to Stingray Chevrolet dealership in Plant City FL .Too be treated very well ! It's well Worth the drive! I regret ever having my C8 Corvette serviced at Airport AutoNation in Orlando, there service manager has Zero customer relationship qualities! Being dishonest is never good for business Customers do your homework before leaving your vehicle there... On a positive note customer service rep Tammy Morales is very professional and caring. I highly recommend her

    I don't have words for the service department to describe my disappointment of getting my car fixed today, wait... it's not getting fixed today... when you make an appointment to get something done it's just that... made a 8:30am appointment to get my car fixed today, call to inquire about it to find out it hasn't even been looked at yet, then find out if I had waited on it they would have gotten to it because you're waiting on it, I got to work just like everyone else, I can't wait, that's why I made the appointment, I really hope this gets to Steve Hurley so he can see just how bad this is... now I'm going to go pick up my car that is not fixed so I can get my wife to her doctors appointment.... funny.... at least the doctor KEEPS HIS APPOINTMENTS. Well, I showed up to get my car and I get with Edgar Perez in service to find out about setting up another appointment to bring my car back to get repaired and he says let's go see the people that schedule appointments, just so happens the person we talk to is Lisa Rice, the same person I spoke to several times about my car, she is the customer service manager, and she tells me that I should not speak to her like she is Satan, that's right, she said that. First off, I speak very matter of factly, I don't sugar coat things to make you feel warm and fuzzy, you made the appointment, I brought my car in 1 hour early and dropped it off, you never said if you wait on it they will get right on it, or they will get to your car sometime that day when you made the appointment, but you did make an appointment for 8:30am. for my car to get repaired, if that is not the way Stingray does business then maybe you being the CSM should better explain that to your customer base rather than trying to blow smoke up my rear end. I just went and looked at other reviews that customers posted and all the 3 stars or less are all SERVICE department related issues, several were for the same issue I have, making an appointment, dropping it off, then finding out later in the day it hasn't even been looked at, but no worries, I'm sure CSM Lisa ( Satan ) Rice will take care of it. I'm here now at Stingray Chevrolet in plant city to get my car fixed, I was just informed that the part is damaged and can't be used, they had this part since January and never opened the box to inspect it, they did however offer to change my oil on them for the hassle. Now I'm back to waiting for another one to come in so my car can get fixed.
