Hello Lori,I’m sorry to hear you had another stoppage occur after we cleared the line, particularly on a holiday. Unfortunately stoppages can reoccur when improper items are put in the drain lines or flushed down toilets. When our technician was at your house he found the sewer clean out in the yard holding water. This is an indication the stoppage is beyond that point. This is why it was unnecessary for him to get on your roof or cable through the toilet flange. As stated, wipes were retrieved from the clean out by the sewer cable machine, and the stoppage was cleared at that time. After clearing the stoppage the line was tested by running water through the open toilet flange and by flushing the toilet. These tests were video recorded and attached to your customer file. I can send you the copies if you’d like. We do this because there is no warranties on stoppages, and we want to verify the line is clear and flowing properly before we leave. Unfortunately, we can’t control what is put down the drain lines after we’ve cleared a stoppage.If you would’ve contacted our office to make us aware when the second stoppage occurred, we could’ve helped you and most likely offered a one time courtesy call. Instead you called stating your husband cleared the stoppage and you wanted a refund from the previous work that was done days earlier. At that time we explained we cleared the line and tested it by running water, flushing the toilet and that wipes were retrieved, and refunds are not offered under those conditions. Furthermore, we performed a service that you agreed to and paid for with the understanding we don’t offer warranties on stoppages, which is also stated on our invoice.Like most small businesses, we strive to maintain a 5 star rating.
