        I contacted Heatwave Heating & Cooling & Plumbing for AC repair. Their team quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Good thing they cleaned up after themselves. My AC works excellent now, and I'm delighted with their service.

        Awful experience with this company for many reasons. We were without water for 3 days because of a poor shower diverter repair. Shark bites every where. No permits pulled despite our requests. Water tanks weren't to code for multiple reasons. Washer box and duct work not hidden whatsoever. When we asked if they could fix all of these issues, they refused. We never got a call back after reaching out many times. Eventually we had to pay another company essentially double to re-do most of their work and bring everything up to code. ETC ETC ETC Unfortunately, we can never use this company again.

        I do not recommend Heatwave. I dont like leaving bad reviews but I dont want another mom in the same situation. We had our AC unit go out on a Friday afternoon. The unit had Heatwaves number on it so I gave them a call. They sent someone out and he told us the board was fried and we would be without AC for the weekend. After calling other places to see if they had the board we found out they couldve bypassed the board and given us AC until the part came in. Really disappointed in their services as we have tried calling them back and not gotten any answers or a receipt for the $100 they charged us just to come out. We have two small children and went without cool air only because their technician didnt just bypass it. Whether it was negligence or poor training we do not know.

      I’m sorry for your experience but here are the facts - we came out to your home after hours, a lizard crawled into your system and fried the board. We have pictures. The technician then presented you with your option to replace the board on Monday, you agreed. We will not bypass boards, safety’s, or Jerry-rig units and be liable for further damage. Any licensed contractor who’s willing to do so should lose their license. We have also left you a couple messages today with no call back. Please call us for any more discussion on this matter. 727-777-6229
